How infre works
Five steps, in detail.
Your first assessment sets the baseline. Colleagues confirm it. Learning closes the gaps. Your CV adds context. The result is a verified profile that employers can compare like for like.
Step one: real situations
Real decisions. Scored on how you think.
A CV tells an employer what roles you've held. A scenario shows how you work through a problem. infre scores each competency and sub-skill against the expert rubric, shows the evidence it found in your answer and places you on the RX scale. Every score points to specific things you wrote.
Your client's offshore wind project is 8 weeks behind schedule. Your main EPC has just issued a variation request worth £12m and the client is threatening liquidated damages. How do you stabilise the programme?

Illustrative demo. Real assessments are long-form and scored against the same rubric at every company.
The third layer: peer verification
Assessment is the start. TrueScore is the proof.
Self-assessment and scenario scoring are a good start. The strongest evidence is a colleague who has worked with you saying yes, I've seen this. TrueScore combines your self-assessment with colleagues' confirmations over time. The more people who confirm, the higher your tier.
It builds slowly on purpose. Recruiters, hiring managers and deployment leads pay attention to scores that can't be inflated.
How TrueScore is calculatedIllustrative demo. TrueScore rises as more colleagues confirm your competencies.
From gap to pathway
Your radar against the role you want next.
Each gap becomes a pathway of courses, scenarios and mentoring aimed at the RX shortfall the role needs.

Build out your profile from your CV
Your CV adds context. The assessment sets the level.
Your RX Level comes from what you did in the assessment. Your CV fills in where you did it. Upload it and infre extracts your experience, skills and disciplines, then drafts the rest of your profile for you to check line by line.
